At Booth 5715, MANST presented its solid-state battery electrode manufacturing solutions, integrated energy storage system solutions, and precision coating technologies. 01 | Solid-State Battery Electrode Manufacturing Solutions

As the commercialization of all-solid-state batteries accelerates, large-scale application has become a core challenge for the industry. At the exhibition, MANST highlighted its system solutions for solid-state battery electrode and solid electrolyte membrane production.

For electrode manufacturing, MANST leverages core technologies including dry powder processing and double-sided, multi-roll dry film forming. Its integrated core equipment system covers powder mixing, fibrillation, pre-forming, and film forming, improving electrode formation consistency and continuous production capability while supporting the scale-up of solid-state battery electrode manufacturing.

For solid electrolyte membrane production, MANST combines twin-screw processing, high-efficiency dispersion, and precision slot-die coating technologies to provide an integrated process and equipment solution covering slurry preparation, membrane formation, drying, and solvent recovery. With stringent moisture and oxygen control under an inert atmosphere, the system supports consistent, high-quality membrane production in a continuous manufacturing process.

For membrane transfer and lamination, MANST applies precise temperature and pressure control together with thermally responsive interface technologies to enable efficient solid electrolyte membrane transfer and reliable lamination with electrode sheets. These technologies provide critical manufacturing capability support for the industrialization of solid-state batteries.

02 | Integrated Energy Storage System Solutions

In response to the global energy transition and increasingly diverse energy storage requirements, MANST continues to expand its presence in utility-scale and commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage.

Drawing on its end-to-end in-house R&D and design capabilities, comprehensive intelligent thermal management, and full-lifecycle digital-intelligent management and control, MANST builds integrated solutions covering the entire energy system chain, continuously improving the safety, operational efficiency, and intelligent management of energy storage systems.

At the exhibition, MANST showcased its 5,015 kWh liquid-cooled containerized energy storage system, designed for applications including grid-side energy storage, shared energy storage power stations, and renewable energy facilities.

The system integrates AI-driven intelligent temperature control, multiple layers of electrical protection, and multi-level fire safety measures. By optimizing system energy efficiency while enhancing the safety and stability of energy storage operations, it provides efficient and reliable energy storage and power regulation support for large-scale energy storage projects.

03 | Precision Coating Technology Solutions

With extensive experience in precision coating, MANST has developed high-precision, highly stable coating system solutions through its in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities in core technologies, including slot-die coating heads, precision fluid delivery, and coating process control.

The systems can achieve a coating areal density uniformity with COV ≤0.2%, supporting improved coating uniformity and production stability.

Combining in-house manufacturing of critical components with system integration expertise, MANST can tailor its coating solutions to different material systems and process requirements. This flexibility helps shorten equipment delivery and process integration timelines while providing customers with efficient, reliable precision coating capabilities.
